What I use
The editors and local models I build with, and the stack I reach for first.

- CursorFor larger refactors
- Claude CodeIn the terminal, for multi-file work
Local AI
- OllamaServing qwen3-coder:30b and qwen3.6:35b at 4-bit
- llama.cppRPC mode for models too big to serve from one box
- nomic-embed-textEmbeddings for local RAG experiments
Default stack
- BunRuntime, package manager and test runner
- Fastify or NestJSAPIs, depending on the size of the service
- PostgreSQL with Drizzlepgvector when the app needs search
- React with Vite or Next.jsTailwind and shadcn/ui on top
